The gentleman that came by was very knowledgeable and not only did he check my entire house for the Quality of both types of pollution but he also checked the house for mold and provided tips and tools that we can get for fairly cheap to help with any issues we may see. I highly recommend.

I hired this company because it offers a $50 evaluation fee and also because it wasn't affiliated with a clean-up or restoration company, so I felt I'd get a more honest assessment. I needed the evaluator to do 1 of 2 things: either tell me my mold issue was insignificant and I could take care of it myself or tell me that I was in danger and needed to hire a professional. While the evaluator who came to my house was courteous, on time, and knowledgeable, he was not able to do either of the things I was hoping for without further investigation. My $50 evaluation quickly turned into a $275 dollar evaluation, mold swabs, lab work, and full report. My point is, don't be fooled by the initial low, low price of $50. That's just the bate.
