The Air Temp Mech. Ser. were very professional.. The first person I delt with was a former installer and gained my confidence right away. The installation crew was very quick, clean, and explained all I needed to know befor leaving. The crew was top notch professional.

Overall transaction was done very professionally. The wrong a/c unit was installed and, to my advantage, there was no confusion that the error was on their end. Subsequent calls regarding furnace problems have been handled quickly and effeciently. Very professional.

All my requests were honored. The appt. was convienient for me.Tthe worker was pleasant and curtious. They were the first tof 3 companies to contact me after I contacted ServiceMagic. I needed a recreipt and statements about the condition of our furnace to satisfy the buyers of our home. These were done very well and clearly.

The first technician was inexperienced and did not do the job correctly, causing the need for a follow-up visit. Air-temp was not enthusiatic about returning to fix the error, but did in fact fix the problem after I insisted that the problems were a result of their technician. I thought the orignal price might have been a bit high. Most vendors I know don't charge their diagnostic charge separately once they get the job.

I would recommend them only in that the job seems to be completed correctly. However the tech was at our home for 4.5 hours and made at least 5 phone calls for assistance. I am new at my job too and surely do not fault anyone for not being completely trained. BUT I don't like having to pay for their training. The bill was an additional $500 in labor! Does not seem like I should have to pay for that!!!
