Great communication. They contacted us almost immediately. Austin (sales) was amazing. Everything was up front and honest which made us feel much more comfortable. Prices were reasonable. Installation guys were prompt and the job was completed in a timely manner with no mess and no "issues" remaining. We are thankful that we found them and would absolutely recommend AirTherm!

There was a lot to be done and not a ton of attic workspace to do it in. These pros came in, assessed, and started working. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and was surprised how quickly the job was completed. These guys know what theyâ re doing. I would definitely hire them again in the future should I have any other a/c needs. They made it look easy. 5/5!

Requested a quote to see the problem but instead a worker was sent out and just worked on my unit without approval and then charged me. Did not acknowledge overhead problem and I seemed to know more about the issue than he did. While he was nice, it was overall such a bad experience
