I had a recent roof inspection on June 5, 2026, by Roof Pups, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was professional, thorough, and informative. I would like to recognize Jeffery Mcquire, who was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain his findings with photos, which were easy to understand. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions gave me confidence that the inspection was being conducted with the highest level of professionalism. There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. They then meticulously cleaned the area. It was great working with Roofing Pups. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

From beginning to end they were very professional, great customer service. Installers were very hard workers and nice. Cleaned up afterwards even when a storm was coming I told them they could stop to get out of the rain they kept on going, shows their dedication. Would highly recommend.

From the start, Alex Frey made me comfortable by explaining the roofing replacement process and the materials used for the replacement. The work was done on time as scheduled, and the crew performed an excellent job. Photos are used to show the old roof and the work being done, which I keep for the record. The 'no leak' lifetime warranty applies to labor and materials. In addition, the GAF lifetime manufacturer's limited warranty applies to material defects. These warranties are transferable. The cost is a little over my budget, but with the materials used, the quality of work, and the lifetime warranties, I think it's worth it.

This is a really professional team start to finish. The office called promptly. The manager came and did a more thorough inspection than any other company. The project manager was there and the staff amazing ! I would recommend them to family and friends !

Highly recommend. Roofing Pups executed a flawless and expedited roof replacement with the utmost professionalism from start to finish for a reasonable price. Eric, the technician who handled the initial scoping and quoting, was honest, transparent, and provided clear pricing with no hidden costs. Heather coordinated the project and kept me well informed on scheduling and status leading up to installation day. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, exactly as communicated by Heather, and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. Elvin kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and the team shared real-time progress photos via an active link, which I greatly appreciated. The roof installation and skylight replacements were completed efficiently and with high quality workmanship. The crew thoroughly cleaned up all debris and left not a single nail behind—especially important to me with a 3-year-old toddler at home.

Everything was done in a timely manner however when sale representative did measurement for pile wood measurement were incorrect which this cost me an additional thousand dollars as original sale quote was given and sale representative never called me back

Entry Door Replacement Curtis was very professional compared to other consultants I met. He came prepared with samples, explained the types of materials used and why, and took the time to show how the contractor would install the door. He also provided the estimate before leaving my home, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service and attention to detail.

Amazing experience! Tim was great walking my mom and I through through process of siding and gutter replacement. Very quick process and now my home has a wonderful new face-lift! 😀 Heather and Elvin were also very helpful in the project.

The company and our sales rep, Kelcey, did an amazing job! Kelcey is a great communicator and the crew was friendly, polite and worked until dark to finish. The installation and cleanup was perfect. Zero regrets.

Tim is so knowledgeable and took the time to truly make sure I understood everything that went into this project. I was very skeptical at first but after meeting Tim he took all my fear away and the roof replacement went just as described. A five star experience for sure.

Everyone at Roofing Pups were very professional. The roofer corrected all of the damaged spots and were fast at replacing the entire roof. It only took one day. Bushes and lawn were protected and the crew stayed late to make sure the debris and nails were cleaned up. Andy the supervisor was very helpful and answered all of my questions on site. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Bought my house in 2017 and told it had a new roof. Came to find in 2025 that it had been totally botched. Shingles were coming up, there were large holes where knots in the frame had been knocked out by nails, and I had severe water damage on one of my trusses. Roof Pups came out, assessed the damage, worked with me on the price, and in less than a week I had a crew on site that fixed everything in a single day. They were here for over 12 hours making sure the job got done and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing.

They're expensive and they did good work, but the details were not handled well: 1) They said the job would take one day - it took four. 2) They parked a large metal dumpster on my drive without prior warning, blocking my car in the garage making it impossible for me to leave. 3) They incorrectly calculated the final bill, only reducing it to the agreed upon amount after I pointed the mistake out. Also, this isn't a big deal but their sales reps, while friendly and knowledgeable, did the whole used-car sales "let me talk to the owner and try to get you a better deal," routine which was a bit corny and embarrassing. I understand that's what is still taught in sales rep school, but it feels a bit patronizing. When I said I needed a couple days to compare their offer with other estimates, they went into high pressure mode, using the old "I can't guarantee this price will last, etc. etc." all very old fashioned sales tactics that I hope companies will abandon soon.

I needed a new roof and wanted gutters and gutter covers. After meeting with one other company, I selected Roofing Pups. Shawn of Roofing Pups was friendly, mannerly, professional, and knowledgeable. He offered a much better deal that included everything I wanted, at a reasonable price. Whenever I called Shawn or his colleague, they responded by text or phone within seconds. The project was completed in three days, and cleanup was done daily. All staff and workers were friendly, professional, and well-versed in their skills. The workmanship was superb! After the work was completed, it rained hard the next day. There were no leaks, rain was flowing away from my home as it should, and the appearance of my house looks great. Overall, I’m a happy customer and would recommend Roofing Pups to friends and family.
