"Upon inspection I noticed there wasn't a 24 Volt on the Furnace I had to do several tests to determine it was the Circuit Board. I replace the Circuit Board & noticed on the old Circuit Board there was a black mark on the back of the Circuit Board so I took a picture of the burn mark that was on the old Circuit Board. I went outside to check if there was power to turn the Unit on. Now that the new Circuit Board is sending power to the outside Unit & the Low-Voltage wire has been replaced ( I have a picture of the Low-Voltage Wire as well) I Went to turn the Unit on & I blew the Circuit Breaker in the Garage. So that means there is another Short or another Broken Wire on the High-Voltage side. I took a picture of the Broken High-Voltage Wire & showed it to Jessie. I Repaired the Broken High-Voltage Wire. So now the Broken Low-Voltage Wire & the Bad Contactor on the Outside Unit was Repaired. Then I noticed the Transformer in the Furnace Blew out due to a Broken High-Volt Wire in the Outside Unit. I needed to Replace a Transformer but I had to come back the next day bc Jessie said that he had to go to the airport at 4:30. I asked Jessie if I could come back 8-9am with a Lenox Tech the following day but Jessie wasn't there. I was there between 8-9am like we planed yesterday with Jessie & I had a Lenox Dealer / Technician with me just like I told Jessie yesterday. Jessie didn't answer the door so I called the office & the office manager tried to call Jessie but he didn't answer. Later that day Jessie called the office manager & Jessie said that he had another Technician from a different Company come over & he replaced the Transformer. If Jessie would've just let me finish the project I would've gotten the Unit working for him but Jessie was in a hurry to leave there was a Short in the Outside Unit & if I turned it on at that time without a new Transformer I would've Blew the new Circuit Board that I had just replaced. The office spoke to Jessie & he was mostly concerned that he was going to be charge more for the amount of time that I was there trying to fix the short in the Unit. In order to find the Short it took several hours. But as per our Policy we only charge for our projects per project & projects are not charged on an hourly rate so that if it does take longer than expected the Customer will not be charged for the extra time. When I give out an Estimate & I say this is what it will take to fix the Unit then that is what the Project will Cost the Customer nothing more. I even have a policy that if even after I do all I can do get the Unit working properly & it still will not work then I will give the Customer a credit towards a New Unit but I always let the Customer know what their options are before I even start a project. When Jessie finally called the office later that day the Office Manager at the office tried to explain to Jessie that there wasn't going to be any additional charges but Jessie was just so angry he didn't want to hear anything that the Office Manager had to say to him. Jessie told the Office Manager that he didn't want to be charged anymore money & the Office Manager told Jessie about the policy. But Jessie screamed at the Office Manager & Jessie said I was an idiot, I didn't know what I was doing & that he would dance a jig if I was able to fix anything at all & Jessie was laughing at me and he called me an idiot.( I was in office too.) Jessie also stated that he didn't need any of the parts that I replaced but I showed Jessie all the Burnt Out Parts before I changed them. Jessie was nervous that I would charge more. All parts have a serial # & it's registered to Jessie's Unit. THIS NOT FAIR. UPDATE JESSIE TOOK A REFUND THROUGH HIS BANK!"
