I had a terrible experience with this business. not only did they cancel on me twice, but when they finally did offer their services, they tried to change me twice as much that what was originally agreed upon. To make matters worse, Air Titans refused to honor the online special from there website Ac Tune up Sanitation they had advertised and tried to change the services entirely. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. I wound not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or honesty.

Once they upsold me on a new unit, getting them to do anything wasn't easy. The New Unit was installed in August 2024, and I am still missing parts as of today, 2/3/2025. They never pulled permits with the county, so they cannot inspect the unit I paid almost $15,000 for. Yes, it was my first-time homeowner, and they took me for a ride. And I cannot get to=hem on the phone oe to answer my emails. DO NOT USE THEM

Jackson came and installed an AC unit and installed new returns in my home to increase airflow to rooms that were "hot spots" in the past. The air flow is much better and I am very happy with my purchase of a Rheem AC from Air Titans
