These guys aren't cheap, but you do get what you pay for. Excellent workmanship. Unfortunately the slider I replaced due to water damage was being damaged from the slider above it on the deck. So I'm going to replace it as well and I will use this company. Already got the second estimate and put down a deposit. No discount which would have been nice having 2 sliders installed one after the other, but I get it. They do good work and they do good work because they are fairly compensated. If you want a job done on the cheap these aren't your guys. If you want the job done well then I would recommend Air Tite.

I hired **Air Tite** to swap out an existing patio sliding door of which I needed to open in the opposite direction for an upcoming project. Working with the owner of the company was truly a professional experience. He guaranteed his work and quality to include a life warranty on the doors he sells, with that. . he won the contract. After the project was complete, immediately I saw several flaws in the construction of the sliding door and screen door. I mentioned it to the installer of the various concerns and problems encountered when just trying to close the screen door. The door did not close to the frame properly nor would it stay locked; the sliding door revealed assembly screws that could be seen from the outside to include that fact that the door was very difficult to open and close. To my dissatisfaction, the installer informed me that a new screen door would be installed. A few weeks later, the screen door was replaced and installed still not closing properly. The installer then looked at the sliding door and found that the frame on the sliding door was bowed slightly causing it to dis-align the screen door to the frame. He said that he would notify the owner and that they would return again to change out the sliding portion of the door. I am still waiting and yet to hear from the owner of the company to find out when it will be done to my satisfaction.

Curtis came in for an estimate and gave us a fair price on a new sliding door installation for our walk-out basement. They were able to come in the very next day for the install. The crew were very prompt and friendly and left everything in tip top shape. Very happy with our new door, it made a big difference!
