Great price, great service on my residential electrical job to wire my shed.l for power and light. Unfortunately, when I called them later to do another electrical project I was told that they stopped doing residential electrical projects unassociated with HVAC work. Too bad, they were a good deal.

I have used Air Today for HVAC for years and have always been happy. When they popped up on this electrical job, I thought **I did not know they did electrical but I will give them a shot.** The first guy that came out was very nice. He looked at our project (an outdoor fan and light that was not working) and said that usually when these things stop working that it is the internal receiver and that is usually something they cannot fix. Rather than open it up that day, he said it would save time and money to just order a new one. If they got into it and were able to fix the old one, then I could just return the one I bought. That made sense to me, so I ordered a new fan and scheduled them to come back out when it arrived. The next visit was done by another guy who was also very nice. He arrived with no idea what we were doing or anything about the previous visit. I explained the situation. He gave me a quote on installing the new fan, which the previous guy had already given me, and then said he did not have a tall enough ladder to install it, even though the ceiling did not get higher since the first visit. He said he would come back the following Monday with the right ladder. Then he called me on Monday to say their one 15 foot ladder was being used by someone else and he would have to come on Friday. Friday comes and he finally arrives with the ladder. He proceeds to take down the old fan without checking what was going on with it and install the new fan. He asked my wife what he should do with the old fan. When she said, **well it is not working anymore, so I guess put by the trash** he replied **I think it is working fine and it is a nice fan so it could probably be re-used.** At that point, the fan was installed and working, I was not at home when he left and I was not going to call them to come back. But, it was a frustrating experience since I spent $350 on a fan we may not have needed, plus the $250 for installation and they had to come back 3 times to do it. All in all, they are nice guys, the finished product was ok but just not a great experience. Seems like their system and communication with each other and their customers need work.

Adam and Justin were fantastic. Had a long punch list of items primarily related to installing LED light fixtures (can-light retro fits) in 6 rooms in my house. They were on time, on budget and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend Air Today, LLC.

Adam (electrician) is very knowlegable and friendly. Does a great job in communicating with his customers regarding his schedule (arrivals, activities such as the ordering of replacement parts, etc.) which I have found lacking with other companies.

Arrived in a timely manner, took care of my problem very quickly. Repairman was friendly, covered his shoes before entering, and showed his identification upon arrival.
