Austin sold me a furnace that was supposed to come with an aux heat pump, just to find out 2 days ago that that wasnà ¢à  à  t the fact, the unit he installed had the aux heat pump missing, after callng him multiple times, he finally answered, I explained to him what the problem was and that I had another ac company looking at the unit. His response was that that was not possible and that the guy was wrong then after I told him that I had confirmed by researching online and confirming what the guy was saying that he didnà ¢à  à  t install a unit with an aux heat pump and he just connected the wires with wire nuts to bypass it, he proceeded to say that he was going to get the part and install it at no cost.. well Austin went MIAà ¢à  à ¦.AGAIN.. never heard from the guy, had to spend $600 to get an aux pump installed asap since my house wasnà ¢à  à  t heating upà ¢à  à ¦ STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!!! They will rip you off

It took all day because the installers were not in the right vehicle and had to run to the warehouse for some tolls a couple times but they did great. They cleaned up well and it runs great. Besides being poorly equipped the installers were super nice and helpful. Good value.
