I cannot tell you how impressed I was with our technicians and their service!!!! I had not heard of Air Xperts. I have a local Tucson, Attorney, been so 35 years. I’ve never been more pressed was the professionalism, promptness, efficiency, and courtesy of a repair technician. He texted me when he said he would, follow up with a phone call, call me when he arrived on the property, and followed up with my elderly father, who was watching them home, so that the work to be done. And less than an hour, he had fixed like compressor and swapped out my thermostat and got our home down in the 70s day. What the temperature was in 100s. I got home a few minutes ago to check it all out for myself. You would’ve never don’t be where in the house. Except the fact it’s freezing and there bad my parts had been replaced as promised. Brian, Tommy and Francisco were all knowledgeable, friendly and had great customer service. They told me it might be 4-7 days to fix and the had the part and installed it within 3 days!
