Chris installed a new American Stand A/C and heating unit, I have had several problems with this install and the last service charge of $255 did not fix the problem, I have been texting and calling Chris to come back to look at the unit again and he has not responded to any of my calls or text messages. Chris is not standing behind his work with a warranty of fixing the problem. For this reason I do not recommend Air Xpress for any unit install and Chris has not done what he said he would do to fix my unit. Totally disappointed. I will have to call another repair company to see what is wrong with my unit and to see if Chris made any errors in not fixing my unit. Looking for a refund from the last service charge but we paid by check so unless he contacts me I will be out of the money I paid him.

Our AC stopped working on a Friday evening, and we scheduled a house call with the company we pay monthly for AC and Electrical. For that monthly payment, we do not pay for house calls and they service our AC 1x a year. Anything extra we get done we get a percentage off. However, we noticed they overcharge for everything extensively. After our AC went out they came by and noted the Compressor needed to be replaced. They quoted us 4k for just the compressor. We called a couple of other businesses to get pricing and a second opinion. They all agreed on the problem, but Air Xpress and the other company had much better price points. After speaking with Chris and reviewing the plan, we decided we wanted to have him replace our entire outdoor unit. He did that for half the price of what the other company was going to charge us for just the compressor. He came by on that Saturday, we decided that night and he had the unit installed by Monday morning. They also fixed a leak in our attic where some cool air was escaping for no additional fee. We highly recommend him. Very courteous, prompt, and professional. We appreciated him and Matt very much and cannot say enough good things.

We've had issues with our upstairs AC unit over the last couple of years and a previous AC company had replaced the compressor coil a year back. The AC quit working during the height of summer. We called Chris after reading several positive reviews on Next Door. He came by the next day and was thorough and friendly. After an initial diagnosis, he came back the next day to conduct a thorough leak test with Matt and after spending almost 2 hours, found that the condenser had a leak that cannot be fixed. We ended up going with him on the condenser replacement and he quoted us a fair price. He did the replacement and after 3 weeks, we've seen no issues. Chris was patient answering our questions, very friendly and knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. We are glad we called him and now we have a AC professional who will be on our speed dial for any AC issues or maintenance.

Chris came over and gave me an estimate the same day I posted the request and did a fantastic, efficient, thorough and clean job with two of his coworkers within a couple of days. Highly recommend his services, will definitely use in future. Thank you very much, Chris!

Air Xpress was an outstandingly positive experience for us. We needed our entire ductwork replaced in our older home, and we met with 6 different HVAC companies who provided offensively high price that did not match any of what I has researched. We found Chris s company through HomeAdvisor, and Chris was at our home reviewing the project that same day! Chris is impressively professional and experienced, and explained every part of the job in detail. He provided a wealth of knowledge and information before ultimately presenting us with options. This was by far the most fair-priced and honest home repair/project we have experienced. They were incredibly respectful of our home and we feel like we are living in a completely different house thanks to their work. Highly, highly recommend this trustworthy company.

Chris was very courteous and professional. He quickly evaluated the problem. then did exactly what he said and charged exactly what he stated before beginning. Our system is old and he had to make a long trip to get the part. Trustworthy!

They took care of the Co2 right away. It's been great ever since. I've even signed a service contract for them to come twice a year to check my unit.

I had a problem with my condenser and coil and i was recommended to Christopher from my mom. They did great work and they were timely and a good price. They tell the truth. If i owned a company i would hire them on the spot.

Chris was very professional and answered all my questions and provided good follow up service.
