"Air Zone called Homeowner to let him know we where running a little late due to the traffic and homeowner agreed to reschedule due to picking someone up from the airport. Then Air Zone gave homeowner a quote to repair duct work and agreed to repair cost. While the technician was there he recommended a couple of items that needed attention and gave the homeowner a price for these repairs. Homeowner agreed to one recommendation. Air Zone is looking out for the customer and wants to make sure the homeowner is comfortable in his home. Air Zone wants to make sure we don't leave any rocks unturned."
