Prompt professional service. They had already started the work before other companies returned our call. Besides installing a water softener, they installed a tankless water heater and water outlet in the garage for an ice maker. No mess left behind. Would use them again if needed.

My water was going on 12 years old. On Wed morning I had no hot water. I called around and no one could "fit me in" for two weeks. Well, I was beside myself on what to do. While looking in the area yellow pages, I found a small ad with Home Advisor's toll free number listed. I called, and the gentleman I was speaking with emailed me a list of 5 businesses in my area. I looked at the list and Air and Water Solutions had the best rating so I gave them a call around 4pm. I spoke with the receptionist, she took down my info and said someone would call me back. I received a call promptly at 9am Thursday. We discussed my problem with the water heater and I received an estimate. WITHIN an hour, the plumbers were at my door with a new water heater. Within two hours, my old water heater was removed, my new water heater had been installed, air drained out of the lines, and heating up the water! I was very impressed with the installers, they had great customer service skills, and they were very knowledgeable about how to remove and install water heaters. As I stated above, I was very impressed! I would definitely recommend Air and Water Solutions for all your plumbing needs. Thanks to all for a job WELL done, I REALLY appreciated it.

They were fast, through, went out of their way to be helpful! Jumped right on the project immediately, and down time was minimal. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future! Their service is well-worth the money! I had a complete replacement of my furnace and AC unit. Very nice equipment they supplied!
