Central A/C Installation
I would not recommend this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. Andrew and his worker installed two mini-split units in our home. Shortly after installation, one of the units stopped working properly. We contacted Andrew to come assess the issue. He was at our home for approximately 15 minutes, briefly called tech support, and then ended the call before receiving assistance. He left the unit disassembled and did not resolve the problem. To make matters worse, he later called requesting l payment, even though the original issue had not been corrected. Our unit is still not functioning, and we have received no meaningful follow-up or support. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after paying for what we expected to be professional installation and service. I expected better communication, accountability, and follow-through.
