"I had no problem installing the thermostat ...I called the FACTORY tech to save time and programming this ADVANCED thermostat which the instructions were to vague .... not only for me but also for the customer... our labor rates are lower than most companies so she got a bargain ....also I told her I would clean the air conditioning outdoor unit as it was very dirty and needed cleaning... an extra charge of $40 to clean this very dirty air conditioning unit .....another job well done by airco witz heating cooling and plumbing ..... P.S... there are many different sophisticated thermostats on the market and that is why we call the FACTORY"

"I arrived with my tool box and acetylene torch ist, and the wife (consumer name withheld per their request) said her husband has Parkinson's disease and that she would show me a water heater in the basement.... The sump hole drain was at the other end of the cellar and I noticed it had a 2 foot high brick wall around it with a sealed Plexiglas top and many screws .... I said to Corrine the water heater will not drain out completely because of the 2 foot wall ...you cannot rmove a tank full of water.....it takes almost an hour to drain a 40 gallon tank under normal conditions ....I said to (consumer name withheld per their request) because of the extra labor I will have to charge her about $100 more to drain the tank and bucket the rest into the laundry sink ..... I asked (consumer name withheld per their request) who is quite capable and agreeable if she wanted to help and save $100.00 ...as I would be bringing in the new water heater ....she got her neighbor to remove the cover ..... and start draining the tank and when it stops draining then we have to bucket the remaining 2 feet of water in the water heater to the laundry sink using two buckets for continuous draining ....as she did her duty I continued to install the new tank ..... overcoming the unusual drain situation , the job went smoothly , I noticed (consumer name withheld per their request) is a very capable woman and seemed eager to help .... while her husband who has Parkinson's disease and sits in his chair is complaining is beyond my comprehension , he's fortunate to have a woman like (consumer name withheld per their request) who can do things and willing to help , otherwise I would have charged him $100 more for his unusual drain circumstance and extra labor ....another job well done by ....Airco Witz inc.... P. S......People like James L....who frivolously complain ,... only represent... 1/2 of 1%.... of my customers and thank God for that"

"I'm looking at the work order.... I charged her $90 for labor ...$60 for the part ...tax $12.40 ...a total of 162.40.... not $165.00.....actually the bill should have been .... Diagnostic fee is $70 ...half an hour labor to install the part $35 ...and $60 for the part..., tax $13.20 ....for a total of $178.20....I actually under charged her ......$15.80.... when the next AC company comes out for her ac problems and they con her into buying a $4000 air-conditioner... then she'll know the real story of an honest professional service company like Airco witz hvac inc.....another job well done by ...Airco Witz HVAC INC TECH"
