Chris was on time to replace the AC/furnace Per the schedule. He was polite, honest, and professional. He and his crew were very pleasant. He finished the work exactly same date he promised. Chris responded with a house visit to check my air conditioner mini-split system very quickly. He communicated the problem with the unit and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on the repair. The repair parts were difficult to find but he eventually got the unit delivered and made an on-time finish of the repair. The unit works well so far.
