I really liked Aire Pro Heating and Air Conditioning. What I was really looking for was a new plumber to use for all my plumbing projects. Jerry fit the bill perfectly and agreed to do two of the plumbing projects I had submitted via ServiceMagic (one for faucets and one for Hot Water Heater). Jerry repaired my Hot Water heater and I liked his competitive price. Jerry is friendly, cleaned up after himself, and left job site looking the way he found it. Jerry will be back this week to do my faucet repair. I would recommend Jerry to anyone needing plumbing services.

The customer service person was pleasant. I had to ask for a change of time and there was no problem changing it to accommodate. The technician was on time,pleasant, and efficient. I would use this company again.

The man who came out to service the unit was very nice and accomodating. Even though I told them the unit being serviced was in a loft I forgot to mention that the unit was up high in an unusal and difficult place. A lot of service people would have walked out and said that their ladder was not high enough but this man made due with what he had and what we had and got the job done. He was really accomdating and determined to make that repair.

Aire Pro is a very dependable, experienced company that walked me through every step of the installation. They worked at a fast, but steady pace. The workers were very pleasant and courteous.

Contacted the Aire Pro number at 11PM on a Saturday night. Shortly after I got a call from Dominic. He arrived early the next morning. He was very systematic in his approach and performed a series of tests to isolate the system. While the problem turned out to be the gas valve, he was able to discover that this safety device (that shuts down the furnace if the carbon monoxide blows back) was dead; which he also fixed. The downside that the price was on the high side (though Dominic was kind enough to waive one of the charges)... though I guess you get what you pay for. Dominic is an expert, is very professional and is also very personable.

I had an old furnace with a bad blower motor. The exact part was not available but he made the modifications necessary to get the new motor working. Took his time to talk to us and answer any questions we had about future replacements and the different options available. No hard sell or push in a particular direction. Fast, friendly service.

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!! THERE WAS A "SLIGHT" PROBLEM WITH THE JOB AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY DIDN'T HESITATE TO WANT TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. THEY WERE SO POLITE, COURTEOUS AND AN A +++ COMPANY.
