Groner Service Heating & Cooling

I hired Groner to install a new Central A/C system for my house. They installed it on May 7th. That day they said something was wrong and needed a part. A week later they came back and the technician said you didn't need a part the refrigerant levels weren't right. The unit worked ok for a few hours then froze up. They came back said they adjusted the levels, again. Then the unit didn't cool the house. They came back, again. I called and they came back and again and gain. Then last week (last week of May) they said the line between the condenser and the blower had an issue and had to be replaced. Today, June 3rd, two techs came and I thought they were going to do that, but no... They now tell me my air intake is not enough. They changed my air filter because it was too restrictive and that increase the air flow, but may need to cut a hole in my ceiling to install a new vent. I got home from work at 7 PM and my house was 80 degrees. It's been a month!! Horrible 16K spent

I have Mitsubishi units, 2 of them, in my experience in my other homes those units lasted 20 years with no service, why I say that before my nightmare experience with groner, I was about 2 lbs low, I have never seen freon just evaporate WITHOUT a leak, I asked for him to put a freon sniffer on pipes, but he did not so I did, i am auto mechanic, found no leak, my main point is $75, just for them to come, that's fine and I knew that BUT then he put 2 lbs in, fine, THEN I get bill $200 first lb. That $161 for 2nd, he spent 20 minutes here, 20 min. IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED legally, then they are the CLOWNS for you... they are the worst company I've come across, they ,will be out of business soon. I will do my best to make sure everyone knows that they will OVERCHARGE YOU, how do you justify that price, I know what those tanks cost.. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Groner for the past 27 years. When I first moved into my current home, Ken & Co. installed/replaced my central A/C and furnace...I have maintained a service contract with them since ...only just recently I needed to have my furnace replaced......from the service provided by Jason and Bandon , on the office side , all the way to the wonderful technicians, Greg, Ali, and Matt , that arrived most promptly, to replace the furnace, the entire process . experience was simply exceptional......it was apparently most obvious that service under recent new ownership from Ken to the current ownership has not suffered whatsoever......they are ALWAYS there to answer my concerns and to provide the exceptional service for which they were/are known......."I think I'll keep 'em"

arrived on time - analyzed problem quickly - fixed it

Stay far away from this company. They will not stand by any product warranty and will do anything to keep juicing you for their hourly fee without actually addressing the problem. Multiple calls placed to the owner were not returned. Very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The technician (Sony) who I have had many times to check air conditioning for the season. He arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, was neat and efficient. I give him the highest grade for his performance.

He's thorough and the price is excellent. He puts the nice clean product and nice work. I will use him again.

He repaired an existing monitoring and alarm system.

Excellent, prompt, clean, professional work and they are polite.
