The company called before their repairman was sent out. He arrived on time and came first to my door to let me know he was here and consult with me about the problem I was having with my unit. He went right to work, fixed in about thirty minutes and met back with me to settle up. Very professional, I was pleased with both service and price. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely honest and efficient. Recommended a replaced part, then figured out the original part was not programmed correctly, then removed the part from the charges. Outstanding!

AireServ of Biscoe is fantastic! From the moment I met with Josh Cagle , his honestly and knowledge, I knew this was the company I wanted to install a new heat pump system in my home. On the morning of the install, 3 trucks and 5 men showed up! They worked in teams, some were disconnecting all my old equipment and some were getting the new equipment ready. Josh Cagle was there early to get things going. All of the people that I worked with, from the office staff , installers and technician were great, very friendly, and a very professional team. I am totally satisfied with all the work that was done, everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend AireServ of Biscoe to do a fantastic job! I also wanted to note that I purchased their service plan to cover labor and 2 services a year. I think that is a fantastic product to sell just for the peace of mind of knowing that my system is functioning properly. kudos to Aire Serv of Biscoe, you are number 1 in my book! Thank you!

Aire Serv arrived on time to install a new heat pump at a rental house I own. In my opinion they were very professional and efficient at getting the job done. They kept me informed as to the progress and gave me an approximate finish time. Start up went without any problems and the new unit works great. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
