Central Air Cleaner Service
Chris Trostle, our tech, was very knowledgeable. courteous, and professional. He explain how the system works. I had a purifier system installed. I would positively recommend this company.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
I did get a good price for the work they did. But they did not follow there own COVID requirements, did a poor job of scheduling folks to finish on time, and I did a lot of the clean up myself. I am happy with there workmanship, but would have thought with what I had done, a complete new HVAC and ductwork that a company manager would have come out to see the finished product and made sure I was happy. That did not happen.

David Beaton was again our service technician. Knowledgeable and professional with our routine maintenance and tune up on two Mitsubishi mini split systems.

David Beaton was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He suggested a fix to our condensation problem, though we haven't tried it yet, that could save us a substantial amount of money. Highly recommend David.

Central A/C Service or Repair
The servicing technician, Bobby, was very punctual, courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the leak on a compressor supply weld joint. He was transparent with problem solving (defining the problem which was no cold air blow from the vents, finding the cause which was a leak and the solution of welding the copper tubing/leak checking/vacuuming the system and finally filling the system with 8 lbs of R410a refrigerant. Our A/C was blowing cold air in 2.5 hrs since his arrival. Our downstairs living area went from 80 degrees F to the set temperature of 73 degrees F in about 3 hrs after the repair. The repair was half as much as the quote provided by a competitor. Saved hundreds of dollars on this job. The technician was also very considerate of the COVID-19 Pandemic social rules. He worn a mask and maintained social distance and did not touch anything indoors without nitrile gloves. The final invoice was very clear with pictures of work and associated itemized cost. Outstanding job Aire Serv!

Called because our HVAC went out, both my wife and I are disabled with breathing issues. he willingly help me install a small window unit so we could have some air. The next day Brad came give us an estimate that was very accommodating and fair we excepted the plan he left brought back another portable AC window unit and the following day they started installing the new unit. They started the actual owner of the company brought the new unit and actually worked with the crew Bob and Mike to help set the unit and install it and they did not until it was working. Professional courteous cleaned up the behind themselves could not ask for a better company to work with

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
They took time to find out any issues with current A/C system and made recommendations. Did not push to buy anything. Were more than happy to take the time to explain various ways to put in a new system.

The AirServe technician was prompt and very courteous. He did a very thorough inspection of my A/C equipment and explained everything to me very clearly. He was patient and very helpful. And he didn't recommend any needless repairs. Would recommend AirServe to anyone who needs A/C service.
