My AC went out Tuesday late PM on a hot day. I called several HVAC companies after hours, but no other company could make it out Wed AM. Not only did Aire Serv make it out at 8AM Wed, it was the first time ever a service tech arrived EARLY. They also sent an email with a picture and name of the tech. Nice touch. The diagnosis was a little tricky and it merited a call to a senior tech. After a short discussion, it was concluded that my system was overcharged. Given the (high) pressure readings, a large refrigerant extraction was thought to be needed. A quote for two pounds of refrigerant removal was provided and I signed for that work. In the end, less than one pound of extraction was needed to hit the nominal system pressure(s). To my surprise, Aire Serv dropped the price proportional to how much less refrigerant was removed. The tech stayed to check that the fix was robust and was going to keep working long after he left. In less than 24 hours, my home was back in the cool zone for ~ $360 thanks to Aire Serv. Highly recommended. A quick note to the owner: High heat indices pose significant heat stroke and health risks to HVAC employees - especially for older techs. Consider providing company branded safari / fishing hats and light colored, long sleeve fishing shirts to provide long term UV exposure protection and fast wicking stay cool fabrics.

100% would reccomend Aireserv to anyone who is on the fence of using this company. I was recommended by a friend and within 24 hours of making the call, my air conditioning was fixed. Service member, Robert , was very friendly and did a tremendous job of explaining the work for my own knowledge while giving his recommendation without a sales pitch to upcharge me. Moving forward, this is the only company I will be using for my service needs!
