Our A/C went out and Aire Serv was quick to schedule and identify the problem that required us to replace the unit. They came back the very next day for the install and did great work! They even re-routed some of our pipes for easier access rather than leaving them where they were. It seemed a bit expensive to me at first, but worth it for the quality and service in the long run.

I was quoted a price and wrote my check for the amount agreed on. 3 days later I received a call from the company saying that I owed more for the sales tax. I said that I was quoted the price and would not be paying any additional. I was told that I would be black flagged, which means they will never do business with me again. This is fine with me because of the following: I never got a sales receipt. The technician didn't have the proper equipment to blow my dryer vent out, but thankfully.I have a much larger air compressor than the company has supplied the technician.and we were able to get my dryer vent cleaned out. The technician was great and easy to work with but I totally put the blame on Aire Serv. I will NEVER do business with this company again. A very bad experience for me.

The service was very professional and explained the problems and solutions thoroughly. Pictures were an added bonus. I will definitely recommend this company and will be my go-to for repairs in the future!

Very professional, took pictures of everything, so that when he explained what the problem was, I was able to better understand. Felt as if he was very experienced at his job. He fixed my furnace.

they was supposed to fix my furnace and I got three separate invoice for a total of around $2000 . when they came to my place the just change the heater who was the most important expenc around $1400 but if I did not have someone to check after they I will have to pay the full $2000 and not only the $1400 from one repair only . So it came to my mind that they was trying to make me believe that they di the full repair and sruw me from around 600 dollar. I will never recommend this company who are not a GREAT WORK AND TRY TO STILL YOU MONEY . you should take they out from you home advisor list as it make me feel that you company hire with out looking deeply who there are . Sorry Serge

Fast response and knowledgable , friendly technician on the furnace annual tune-up. He promised to bid on a repair that we need to replace a blower motor in a heat recovery ventilator unit.. I waited a week and called twice - still no quote. We are currently seeking another contractor to do the job.
