Chris and Logan were excellent. They arrived as scheduled and explained everything they were going to do. They went to work and completed the work as promised. Afterwards they cleaned up and made sure the thermostat was reset and working properly. We will ask for them in the future.

This company was efficient, communicated clearly, was punctual, and prepared. Their technician, CHRIS, was informative, pleasant, and cheerful, a good surprise. Work was done carefully, things explained well.

This company is A+++. AC unit died, verified with multiple companies unit was done and needed replacement. Would not provide quote over the phone, wanted to 1st come and verify issue, scope of work. Every other company were trying to sell units and extended warranties sight unseen, so this was welcomed and refreshing. Melanie came out and verified what needed to be done, very empathetic, and provided multiple financing options. Was able to get full unit replacement and install same day, team of 4 installers finished the job, and bid was by far the best price. From service, to support, to quality and price Aire Serv was by far the best experience in an otherwise difficult bind.
