Rezy Save NY LLC

Unfortunately, this is a negative review, but I feel it's important to share our factual experience. We paid Rezy Save $2,582.82 to repair our AC. After their repair was completed, our AC still did not work and we had to pay a second company to fix it. Rezy Save had to make several visits, and after being without AC for more than 10 days since initially contacting them, we hired another HVAC company, and they restored our AC in one day. I contacted Rezy Save numerous times in good faith to resolve the matter amicably, but their final position was that they would keep our entire $2,582.82, despite the fact that they did not repair our AC. They offered to come back out to keep trying to fix it, but given our experience with them, we were not comfortable with any further work from them. This review reflects our personal experience so that other homeowners can make an informed decision. I have also submitted a formal complaint to the NY State Attorney General and the BBB.

We had two toilets that needed to be installed, They showed up on time and got the job done. The town picked up up the old ones.

Had mike and zach out to replace my gas water heater. They were on time, professional, and courteous of my home. They even wear shoe covers and use drop mats to make sure the floors dont get dirty! Excellent customer service at a reasonable price
