The installation was impacted by severe winter weather, including freezing temperatures and heavy snow, which temporarily made it unsafe to access the work area and safely deliver equipment. Once conditions improved, we proceeded with the project as quickly as possible. During the process, the originally quoted equipment was temporarily unavailable from the supplier. We discussed an upgraded alternative system with you at no additional cost. When that replacement equipment was later found to be damaged prior to installation, we worked promptly to secure and install the originally quoted system so the project could continue without further delay. We also want to address the concerns regarding property damage. While working in a tight attic space, an accidental slip did result in ceiling damage. We immediately took responsibility and arranged for a contractor to complete repairs. When additional staining concerns were later reported, we returned to evaluate the situation, adjusted and flushed the condensate line, and completed additional touch-up work as a customer care measure. Throughout the project, our team remained in communication regarding scheduling, repairs, and ongoing concerns, and we made every effort to resolve issues as they arose. We understand your frustration and regret that your experience did not meet expectations."
