John and Army were great during install...BUT since then I guess John has retired and nobody is answering the phone and John turned his phone off. So my warranty is worthless and I have to pay someone else to put in a combustion air vent to the outside!!! I tried John's phone, messaging through Facebook and calling office and even going to the office! SO BASICALLY IM SCREWED HAVING TO PAY MORE AND HAVE NO WARRANTY!!!!
