Really great about explaining what and why they were taking the steps they were during the repairs. The only thing that I could suggest is to not show up smelling like cigarette smoke. He smelled as though he had sat in a truck for 2 hours smoking. Then came back again like that when he ran for supplies and returned.

Overall the work was done satisfactory. I want all of the particle board floor replaced in my kitchen area; however, the Technician decided to only replace the damage wood in this area, not what I requested. He stated he didn't have a tool to do properly. Not happy with this job but work was complete on plywood floor replacement.

Tech was on time and was careful to ask exactly what I wanted done as he went along. Handyman is a bit pricy for my pocketbook so I told him to do what he could complete in two hours, which he did. When childproofing my entertainment center, he went to move one side out and a cross shelf (that was not affixed) fell on the TV. It did not damage the TV but the bottom of the cross sheld has dropped down about an eighth of an inch and needs to be glued and clamped to get it back to the way it was. The Tech did put a screw on each end of the cross shelf so that it would not fall again.

Mr. Handyman preformed a valued service for our residence. After a fraudulent roofing company detached a newly installed gutter system, unnecessarily might I add, our home was left in a state of disarray. After our roof was repaired we were referred to a gutter company who wished to replace everything. For a fraction of the cost, Mr. Handyman of Park Cities Dallas reattached our existing gutters with finesse, fast - special thanks to Ray!
