Quick and easy

I like using fellow vets and Chris who served our country! It is important for me to trust who I hire for ongoing work and Chris earned my trust right away! He proposed a completely different approach to the quote, replacing only one 17-year-old furnace! He also suggested air treatment equipment for killing bacteria and viruses and keeping the ducts squeaky clean! He did several other projects for me around the house as a package deal that was still 25% less than my other quote which would have replaced two compressors and 2 furnaced and then serviced all four units. The other deal was superb, but I was convinced I did not need to completely replace units that were just 6-7 years old and valued his proposal for cleaning and repairing them. I just do not have enough room to tell you the different things he did, but I considered his services to be great and they made me happy. He offered great value, at the price he quoted. Thanks again, Chris, I look forward to a long relationship.

I waited to write this review until I had time to do some research. Unfortunately I was charged $229.00 for an ?HSI nitride igniter? for parts and labor. A part that I was told was considerably expensive can be found online for less than $20. (I got a picture of the part?s model number and looked it up). As far as the labor; around 5 to 10 minuets to install that piece. I feel I was lied to about the cost of the part and ripped off. Did they know how to install the part? Sure. This is a poor business model and leaves me very disappointed. Life is too expensive for this to happen. I do acknowledge that I could have declined the install; however I?d be down the service charge it took for him to come out.

They get 1 star for calling and showing up the same day. My gas furnace was acting up, I called and they came out...Great...so I think...George blows out the plugged tube and charges me $159.00...the furnace starts up and George leaves. The very next day, the furnace isn't working! George says it's going to cost me ANOTHER $159 to come out and look at the problem...(the EXACT SAME PROBLEM you were supposed to diagnose and fix yesterday George!!) I tried calling the office phone number...to no surprise, you can't leave any messages because their voicemail is full...must be other irate customers who received the same shoddy treatment! I don't see how ANYONE can recommend these guys... Jon...you're the manager...why haven't you called me back? STILL waiting for someone to call me back!! I noticed their website has changed, but their phone message still hasn't and their phone mail box is still full...not able to leave a message...guess they don't know how to retrieve/clear their phone message(s)...but then, if everyone else received the same shoddy dis-service I received, they don't want to hear the complaints left on their phone machine!!

Good communication, quick service, got the job done professionally and at a decent price.

They came out from Portland within 3 hours on a holiday Sunday (Monday was President's holiday) while we were under snow threat. Their customer service was outstanding and their repairman George quickly repaired the furnace. They really prevented a bad situation because we had abnormally cold temperatures.

Great service. Prompt and professional.
