    Overall pleased with their service. Wish it had been cheaper but who doesn't. The tech was presented with a homeowner installed system done to industry standard and code, and willingly diagnosed and recognized the issues. Repairs successfully applied. The only reason for not giving a full 5 star review is because the tech failed to recognize a missing wire connection in the thermostat and even that barely deserves a 1/2 star demotion as he had the system working correctly upon completion.
