We had an older AC/furnace system but the tech was very patient and was able to diagnose the problem. The pricing was fair and it's been working great ever since. We will definitely use them in the future

Contacted them the 22nd the owner came with a tech that day said needed new ac and furnace he then helped with financial offered to come the next day to replace the units but my schedule didn't allow so came the 24th and installed and the tech was kind and respectful and made sure knew how to work new thermostat before leaving. Kelly was the techs name and if the company sees this he deserves a thank you from company he is main reason this is my company for all my heating and air needs

My only complaint was the fact that I was told the repairman would call when he was headed my way during the 2 hr. window I was given. I did not receive a call and as I had a prior commitment that overlapped by 10 min., I nearly missed the service call as he was ready to leave the premises when I pulled in.

First appt tech was on time. 2nd appt required by problem, apparently unusual for them. Tech found bad heat exchanger in near new furnace due to faulty install. Required return trip after sourcing new exchanger. This was on Fri PM. No word Mon or Tues. Called dispatch, nice lady advised maybe Thurs. No further communication until tech called on following Fri at 10am to ask if he could move up the 1pm appt. We had no idea an appt was scheduled. As they had only a cell and an email available this is odd. Tech seemed unsure of himself and made many calls to superior to verify findings. This was probably an unusual case. But first stop ran pretty late. Second stop about right, seemed professional throughout and tidy. Price charged seems a bit high but you dont really have a choice, and this was a rural stop.

This company is wonderful. The receptionist did wonderful phone work and answered all of my questions. And the guys that came out to my house were very professional and efficient with the repair. They also went above and beyond by loaning us a portable heater while our furnace was out and the parts were ordered. I will use this company again!
