    I initially contacted Aire Serv of Easton for emergency service on an AC unit at a rental property that my company manages in St. Michaels. Sandy, the office manager, promptly scheduled Mauricio, the technician, to come out to the property within a couple hours. He fixed it without any issues. I then signed up for the summer/winter maintenance plan. Aire Serv finished the first service without issue but then the AC stopped working at 5:38 PM on August 16th. They said they could not come out for emergency repair and my guest was forced to stay overnight in a house that was 84 degrees Fahrenheit. When Aire Serv finally came out on August, 18th, 2021, my new guest informed me that the technician left the cover of the air condenser unit on the ground. On Friday, September 10th, 2021, at 10:31 AM, I received a voicemail from Sandy saying that I had **an outstanding balance of $95.00** I informed her that the check that I sent to them for the service had been deposited and gave her the location, time, and date. She apologized. I called again in early December to schedule the second maintenance but Sandy angrily rushed me off the phone saying **We have been trying to reach you. We are booked through January. I am going to have to call you back** and then hung up the phone. The only time I had received a call was in September. After Sandy hung up on me, I decided that I no longer felt comfortable working with this company and requested a refund for the unused maintenance services at both properties. This was a total of $120.00. On December 7th, Sandy said she would send the refund. I still have not received it, and when I tried calling on December 24th, at 3:27 PM, Sandy hung up the phone on me again. I have since filed a formal complaint with Aire Serv s Corporate Offices in Waco, Texas. Their corporate number is: 855-996-4121 in case anyone else needs to file a complaint with this company. I was informed by a representative by the name of Solomon that Aire Serv Corporate Office would be calling me back as soon as possible to address this issue, and that he was sorry for the unprofessional and disrespectful manner in which I was treated. I am hoping that the Aire Serv Corporate office will be able to bring a resolution to this issue, but this is something that no business owner, like myself, wants to go through.

    Everyone I encountered with their team was prompt, professional, competent and friendly. They had been given the wrong part but undeterred, drove back to Salisbury for the correct part so they could fix my A/C unit for this 4th of July weekend. Their price was nearly 1/2 what had been quoted by a different company 2 yrs ago.

    We had our blower motor burn out in our furnace. I called them in the morning and they came right out within a couple of hours and the technician explained what exactly was going on and had the new motor in stock and installed in no time. Very profession and courteous service and the tech. even took the time to walk me through what he needed to do. I will be getting on a service plan with this company in the Spring as they are the real deal and trustworthy.

    My first encounter with them was my friend recommended them and it was an emergency service. They came out quick, very professional, and fixed it promptly. I liked the service so much I had a maintenance contract with them and since then he had to replace a unit and worked with me on the price and worked with me for the best deal. He is on time and updates you if he is running late.
