Tim was awesome. He found the problem quickly and was able to get our AC up and running without any problem. Tim was very pleasant and easy to talk to during the service. A perfect example of excellence in the field. As a former service technician myself I appreciate how he handled himself in all respects. Every job is different and you never know what you will find. Zach was the technician who came to my house. He was very polite snd professional and thorough in cleaning my dryer vent. He answered all of my questions and I would definitely recommend anyone to use their services.

I seriously never leave 5-star reviews - but here I go. I called 7 companies for bids to replace my AC and Furnace system. KC from Aire Texas Residential was the ONLY one to see and bring my attention to a potential landmine that would have upped my costs exponentially. He found me a fantastic system that bypassed the issue, met all my needs, AND was a very reasonable price - neither the highest or lowest of the bids. KC also made some recommendations to help keep the house cooler while we waited for installation. None of the others did that. When the installation crew came out, Cruz, Shep, and Kevin were not only consummate professionals, they were amiable, courteous, and a true pleasure to have in my home for the entire time - and it was hard work on a very hot summer day! Shep was even kind enough to re-light the pilot on the water heater so I wouldn't have to do it myself. Also, Lauren, Elizabeth, and Amanda in the office were lovely to work with regarding scheduling and they kept me fully up-to-date on when the guys would arrive and confirming the appointments. I never had to wait and wonder when or if someone would show up. I will ONLY work with Aire Texas Residential going forward!

They did come back to inspect their work. And they noted a minor item needing some rework. I was going to call on it anyway. Bur, they jumped on it.

The technicians did not address the issue which was the vent outside. I hired another company to resolve the ventilation issue.

After my AC failed during August in Texas, it was only about 48 hours from quote to completed work for Aire Texas to have my house coll again. The crew was great and worked with me to get some preexisting duct issues corrected.

They were very responsive on the sales side. Install was on time and good, 9 of 10 on clean-up, post training on new thermostate was good. Great experience. Our upstairs air conditioning went out. I posted on HomeAdvisor at 9pm at night. I got a call within minutes for scheduling the next morning. We replaced our coil and condenser. The initial tech walked me through a number of scenarios. Aired Texas replaced the unit within 2 days. Everyone we worked with was super friendly and professional. Iâ ve had a number of bad experiences with heating and air con companies in the past and am pleased to say that Iâ ve found a great company to use going forward. Thank you Aire Texas!
