can't say enough about our repair man. He was very polite and knows what he is doing. He was on time and was very honest in his dealing with us. He also took the time to explain the problem and what was needed to correct it. this was a very smooth experience and would ask for him again for any future repairs.

On May 25th this Airflow repairman came out and gave me an estimate. Their price to come look was better than other companies and they put that cost towards fixing the appliance. Part had to be ordered. That took about a week. Have made three separate appointments for serviceman to come start the fix. He has not shown up to any of the appointments and I never got any calls from business or repairman to say he wouldn't be coming. Wasted the better part of two days waiting on repairman. It is now June 7th and I am still waiting to have washing machine fixed. Obviously not happy with the service so far. Customer service has been polite and apologetic but...

Repairman fixed our dishwasher which was not properly cleaning top rack dishes. Work was done well, although there was a bit of a language barrier communicating with the technician.

Robert was a wonderful technician. He was concerned about the expense in replacing the burned out parts needed to repair the washer, and attempted to find options. However, the parts were needed, and so he reduced the labor costs, which he didn't have to do. We were very impressed with him, and worked long and hard to repair the washer, which we had originally thought we may have to completely replace. Our 15- year old 'top of the line' washer looks like it might last another 15 years. We will definitely use this company for all of our appliances. After we used Home Advisor for this situation, and hired Airflow, we cancelled our Sears Home Warranty , which had kept us waiting 2 weeks to repair our washer, including a no-show who finally showed up 3 hours late. Bravo to Home Advisor and Airflow. We are very satisfied!

Very efficiently run; repairman called me that he was running late and offered to reschedule. However, I needed him asap and he came, knew the problem, fixed it, and was out within an hour. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and I would certainly not hesitate to call on this company again.

"Spoke to the technician re: this review and he advised us your refrigerator was purchased second hand and was modified -- the unit was almost completely out of freon and this was explained to you by Robert. The technician gave you the estimate for the charge before any work was done which was agreed to by you. This was not a forced charge, as you could have paid him just the service call and sent him away. I am sorry you felt like the price was too high but it was not "very little freon" Your refrigerator was almost completely empty. We did the best we could and educated you the best we could about the situation I am sorry you feel we failed."

He was meticulous with repairing my oven. He came in and tested everything. He cleaned up, and he really knew the work with repairing the oven. He finished the work quickly and thoroughly and now I can bake cookies!

I had broken the handle on our microwave. Ordered the part online and they told me it was an easy fix. Watched Youtube videos and it seemed easy. It was not. That is when I called Airflow Appliance Repair. One of the three pros recommended by Home Advisor. They told me if it was an easy fix it would be $90 but if they had to take off the door $150. I knew already it would cost $150. It took him a while becasue it was not easy but he did a great job. Highly recommend.

The tech come on time. Inspect the fridge thoroughly and found nothing wrong. He continued to monitor the temperature and noice for over 30 minutes until his satisfied and confirmed that the fridge is in good working condition. Then let me know of the finding and charged the inspection cost of $65. I'm very please with the result.
