My name is Robert Coyle and i own AIRLESS PAINTING SOLUTIONS Where Quality And Affordability Collide! I paint new and old homes inside & out in a timely fashion and i will keep the homeowners involved in every step along the way. i also do all commercial painting.

$17,000 Robert did a good job over all from what I can tell. There is a couple of prep work items that were overlooked but nothing major. Cheap contractor grade paint was used when I specifically asked for a ten year paint job. What he used won?t last close to that long in the harsh SD climate. There was a misunderstanding of who would put the decorations, tables, chairs and grills back. I have cancer and can?t do it but he swears I said I?d do it, even though video says differently. No big deal as it?s just a miss communication. Although I?ve never had an exterior painter that didn?t put everything back without ever needing to talk about it. I guess I feel it?s part of the job. The communication was good and the job started on time and completed diligently. A big plus on those things. Be sure to get expectations in writing!!!

"This homeowner is proof that you can?t please everybody all the time only some of the people part of the time he showed me the paint it was used. I thought that?s what he wanted so that?s what I used and of course he says this I say that, and he says he had the conversation recorded which I haven?t heard no recording yet , but that?s all right. ? I?m confused but that?s OK like I said you can?t please all the people all the time."

We had our old house stained which hadn’t been done in a long time, very big house 33 gallons of stain!!! These two guys worked their butts off in between the weather finished up today!! Had it done at a very reasonable price!! FYI all done by brush!! Thank you!!!

He was communicative, efficient, and when I point out small gaps, he was quick to fix them. Small spots are understandable when one is painting a house. He made sure to go back around the house several times to make sure everything was caught, and they left a clean site afterwards. He was also mindful of the weather, and was careful to work around mother nature. Def recommend!

The painting itself was great. However after they painted they said I probably should have replaced the siding instead of painting. I feel that should have been discussed at the time I got the estimate so I could have made the decision to paint or replace siding.

Rude and sloppy. Denied they damaged brand new downspouts until I provided camera footage from my ring camera. Threatened a construction lein when they knew the funds wouldn't be available the next day due to escrow holdback paying the bill. Painted my shed and literally painted over grass instead of pushing it out of the way and now there is a spot missing paint. Paint drops on my sidewalk not cleaned up. Smeared paint on the roof of my shed and didn't clean it up. Not worth the hassle to hire these guys.

"As usual you cant please all the people all the time, and yes I did threaten a construction lien because I wasnt getting paid it still took over a month to get paid, its amazing how you go out of the way way to help someone in a pinch and they leave this kind of review, I usually require 50% down the day I start I didnt do this with this house I carried the whole note, as far as the paint on the grass, Im probably did drip on it and paint on shingles everything went the same color was there all ready paint on it from the previous painter who knows, as far as paint on the side walk maybe I did maybe I didnt I do know I covered everything"

Robert tackled a huge project for us when he traveled 260 miles to paint two barns, a workshop and a tractor barn. He did an excellent job both in communicating with us and in performing the actual work. We highly recommend Robert and would use his services again.

Fantastic!!! He came when promised, did a totally professional job and was obviously knowledgeable of what needed to be done. We felt that he treated our house as if it was his own. He didnâ t rush or skimp on anything and was totally neat. Every night he cleaned up and took all the garbage with him. Hard, hard worker and very communicative. Willing to take on other issues as they arose. Totally recommend him!
