Big BIG thanks to Ben and his crew for installing our two new HVAC systems today. Both units died within a few weeks of each other. Shane was able to locate the systems I wanted, and got us scheduled for installation quickly - after all its been cold lately, and it was chilly in my house. Ben and his crew arrived promptly this morning. They reviewed with me all they needed to do and got to work. Because of the amount of work needed, it took them most of the day to complete the installations. The quality of the work was excellent. Connections were clean, neat and solid. The areas in which they worked were cleaned up, and tidy. The systems were explained, the new thermostats were explained, and they gave us an opportunity to ask questions. The old systems were removed by the crew with no traces left. Ben and his crew were professional, polite, and very helpful. I highly recommend reaching out to Air-Row for your heating and cooling needs. I've been a customer of theirs for 6 years and will continue to rely on them for excellent service. Thanks, guys!

I hired these guys a couple of years ago to replace our Carrier air handler. The company that did the original work quoted us a price that I found to be extremely high so I looked online and found Air-Row. The young man who came to do the job did a fantastic job. He was very efficient and polite and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. We had purchased a maintenance package from the original company so I asked if Air-Row had the same and it was $40 less than the one I had before! The service techs are knowledgeable and friendly when they do the inspections and I even send them out to check out my parentsâ HVAC unit. For the peace of mind it gives me, I definitely have no problems with paying them for this service.

They worked around my schedule and finished ahead of schedule. I'm very pleased.

Tech was polite and knew what he was doing. Price was much lower than any other company recommended.

Shane was on-time, perfectly performed the thermostat install, and will be back next week to install a whole home humidifier. I will also sign up for a service contract. Prices are reasonable and Shane was a pleasure to work with. You should probably phone him: he is so busy it takes a few days to get to emails.

Identified the problem almost instantly. Their minimum fee for a visit is a bit high ($90), but nothing was added to it.

I hired Air-Row to install a digital thermostat in my town home over the summer. The technician arrived promptly, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the project. He completed the work within an hour and also helped me with setting up the new thermostat. The technician also went one step further and showed me how to set the air flow for my home correctly based on the season. I called them back as a follow up in the winter when I had to turn the heat on and the hot air wasn't flowing properly. They came out immediately, free of charge, and readjusted the air flow to get it to work correctly. I would definitely hire them again.

Air-row doesn't accept appointment requests through Home Advisor. Unfortunately, I didn't know that and tried a couple of times to make an appointment that Home Advisor had to cancel because there was no response. Finally, I called them directly and was able to make an appointment. The crew that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. They had the thermostat installed within an hour. Their rate was comparable to other business I contacted -- it's just annoying that the installation costs more than the thermostat! While they were on site, the crew showed me how to adjust the air flow in the ducts for summer and winter. They adjusted it prior to their departure. Unfortunately, the AC would not shut off for 24 hours straight. I did call and leave them a message, but didn't get a reply. I finally change the air flow back to the way it was before they did the thermostat installation and was finally able to get the temperature in the house to stabilize and the AC to turn off when it reached the temperature I set on the new thermostat. Air-row does good work, but I'm giving them a 4-rating on customer service since they didn't respond to my message when I couldn't get the AC to shut off.

Although it would have been easy to up the cost by replacing parts that would not have improved the unit, instead Shane was honest and told me about the idiosyncrasies of this unit and charged me only for a service call. Very refreshing to find honest tradesmen.

No set time to show up also thought price was outrageous for the work preformed.

Came out in 9 degree weather to repair our heat pump. Fast, courteous service at a fair price. Our first choice in heat pump service.

The contractors were on time, personable, and at first teh work seemed great. Problem fixed . . . However, it is three months later and the heat pump is LOUD! Sounds like a squirrel cage with a bad rattle. Will have to invite them back. If they make good for no additional cost, then I will increase the rating.

My electronic thermostat went blank on Sunday. I called Monday morning and was told that someone would be there between 3 and 5pm. Excellent service. Within 5 minutes, the issue with my AC was diagnosed and my house was cool within 30 minutes. Very affordable!!
