They answered all questions by telephone in advance, put me on the schedule quickly, arrived on time, and cleaned out 3 dryer vents in our condo units, including one difficult to reach on a second story. They repaired one duct that had serious issues and added clamps and replacement parts for a very small additional fee. The techs were friendly, polite and explained everything. Our new dryer wouldn't work because it sensed an air duct blockage, and Airtek solved this problem. Price was also better than or equal to any competitors' offer.

They were awesome! Scheduling an appointment was easy. The guys that came were on time, professional and very personable. The job they did was awesome. My carpets were in pretty tough shape and they made them look like new again. I would highly recommend them.

My carpets and sofa look new again. Their process uses only clean water, which they bring with them, then the dirt from the carpet or upholstery is suctioned up into the truck and taken away. I've never had a cleaning service this good before.

I bought a resale home that needed some serious duct work cleaning and carpet cleaning. Neil and his guys did a great job on both fronts. Neil came out, gave me an estimate before doing the work so that I knew what to expect. He did the carpet himself and did a great job. He has one of his guys do the duct work and he was very thorough, cleaned up after his work and went above and beyond, literally washing the vents. I was very impressed.

The 2 gentlemen that serviced my furnace and duct work were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, explained everything they were to do and was going to take place. Very clean and courteous, The best thing is that they were very professional, that is huge to me as the product is only as good as the people doing the work, that's the difference worth pointing out.
