I have been contacting them to come back and finish parts of my home that were not insulated. Owner told me he would charge me 500.00$ just to come look at what I am talking about ! I am not happy about their customer service ethics! Very dissatisfied with that part of my experience with this company! I will say product was good and priced right! Just not happy about them completing whole house insulation I paid for!

They get the job done quickly and efficiently and let the customer inspect their work when they finish the job!

They were prompt showed up when they said they would be at the house. They did a good job installing the insulation. My only problem is that they told me they would e-mail my receipt to me and that never happened. I waited a week and called the office they told me they would e-mail me my receipt and still no receipt. I gave them my e-mail address again to.

They came right out to give the estimate and advised there was an opening in about two weeks. They actually called 2 days later and got me in the next day. They finished quickly. Unfortunately I had previous loose blow in insulation that got everywhere. This was not their fault it was not able to be avoided. Would recommend them again.

Airtight was able to complete a task that no other company I called could do: Insulate my brick house, with cellulose, from the outside. Airtight's work was great and they are courteous and professional. Several people who have looked at their work didn't even notice where they drilled through the brick until I show them.
