Michael has done two projects for us and we have been VERY happy with his work! The first job was a multi-day drywall repair job. The second, a one day repair project. Both projects were done extremely well and we were delighted with the finished products. We will hire him again!

The price was good but the job was supposed to be **paint-ready**. We had to pay the painter to sand and finish the job.

After making the initial appointment, he suddenly called up a day earlier and wondered if he could be there in 20 minutes to do the repair. I told him that it would not be convenient. Then he arrived at the appointed day and time and finished the work within 45 minutes. But the patch on the damaged drywall does not seem to have a smooth, even surface. Dried patches of plaster were left on our floor and rugs, which he expected us to clean up. Also, he announced, quite strangely, that he was going to change his clothes at my house, after he finished the repair, which he did. Unprofessional.
