Excellent. He came to my house at 10:30 pm and spent 2 hours cleaning our boiler. He did a very thorough job and knew what he was doing. His prices were fair, and I was very satisfied.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement

We were told by Aiello that our water heater could not be fixed as it was too old and that we needed a new water heater and they gave us an estimate to replace it (they charged us $165 for that advice) so we set out to get an estimate from two other contractors. The price would have been around $2,000 but when Ben Aitkin came out he told us he could fix it, and he did, for less that what Aiello charged us! Plus it is still running great. He was also verynice and offered to come back out right away if we had any problems. He even called us the next day to see if it was still running okay!

Excellent service. Furnace had a peculiar rumble that typical adjustments wouldn't correct. First call had the system operating much better, but the problem returned in 24 hours. Ben came right back out and further troubleshoot until the burner was operating smoothly again. Two weeks have passed and all is well.
