My name is Alexander, I'm a Painter and Handyman with 15 years of painting prep/painting experience, and 10 years of drywall patch and general handyman repair. I can assemble certain furniture, install wall fixtures and tv mounts, and repair drywall/texture to a certain size. I'm very skilled in painting and staining by hand. I can do minor carpentry repair, install baseboard, beat board, door trim(not door frames unfortunately) and quarter round/crown molding Unfortunately I don't do plumbing work, but I can caulk or replace caulking on on kitchen/bathroom surfaces(sinks/ tubs/showers/counter tops, etc.) I'm not qualified to work on electrical breakers or run electrical wiring. I can however replace/install light fixtures, replace/install fans and electrical sockets if wiring is already present. I can also replace/install outdoor light fixtures and hand wired outdoor light. Job estimates are free I charge $150 minimum per job plus travel fee, if job is three or more hours I charge $50 per hour plus travel fee. $1000 maximum per job including materials
