I have a Gulf Coast hot tub and the company has gone out of business. I found a company on the internet to buy parts, but they offer no installation services. It was great to find a company who will do repair work on this type of hot tub.

He said, he will cancel my order & send me a check & not charge me for closing my pool so now I am stuck without a descent cover for the winter. I do not understand why he couldn't get a cover made in one month & not returning my phone calls.

The name of the contractor is Corey (AJay enterprises LLC). They did a fabulous job fixing our hot tub and could not have been nicer. It was not an easy job! I would give them the full five stars and would sure recommend their work .

Communication is terrible.

I was contacted by the contractor within an hour of submitting my request and they were out to fix our pool heater on the same day. Communication and response time were great. I would highly recommend their service.

Cory was a very good techician on my Hot Tub. Responsive and professional in efforts to repair the hot tub.

He was on time and very pleasant. He gave me tips about hot tub winterizing and what to look for when other repairs are needed. The service was very quick.

He was very helpful and available at the time we needed help.

He not able to do the work needed because he is not a lisecnesed electrican, but was very knowledgeable in what i would need to do to fix the problem i had.

He fixed a tough-to-get-to leak in our hot tub. Knowledgeable and friendly.

My request was answered within minutes. Within an hour I had an estimate. Two days later my gutter was installed. I had some definite challenges with the project and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Great job-

I didn't get a chance to use Mr. Perkin's full skills on my project. He mostly helped me find where things are on my hot tub. I felt that he would probably do good work if I need it done. Since I didn't actually use him to his full capabalitiles, I only gave him 4 stars.

Bob, is a very knowledgeable guy in so many areas and very willing to answer questions. Not only did he do our hot tub repair but handled 3 other projects as well. Although some leaks kept persisting in the hot tub, he kept coming back until everything was done right. If we have any other repairs needed in the future, he's the guy I'll call first. Highly recommended!
