Very fast response to request for quote. Consultant arrived within half-an-hour, estimate received a few hours later, and work scheduled for the following morning. All questions answered to my complete satisfaction. Technicians arrived on schedule and worked quickly and efficiently. No left-over debris from removal of a very old and cracked shower door. Highly recommended.

Be sure to voice all your questions and be clear about what you want and what the company will be doing. Also, write down all information and quotes each time you get new information. It can get very confusing.

I had been working on getting someone to do my shower rehab for over 1.5 years. Tried working with Lowe's, Home Depot and serveral contractors to no avail. Some contractors came up with outrageous bids. I found Akamai Glass through ServiceMagic and contacted them. From the beginning they were very helpful and courteous. They completed the job in about 3 weeks which made me very happy as I had houseguests coming to stay. All the people were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job in the stallation. I highly recommend them.

It was o.k.

Taking out our old mirrors and replacing the new ones was done quickly, professionally and with excellent customer rapport. The workmen checked with me after each mirror was put in place and we worked well together to get them exactly right. Thank you Akamai Glass!

Very Customer Service friendly and fast and effiecent. I would use them again and also refere them to any one needing glass repairs.
