Highly suggest. Their team met our timeline, were professional and punctual. The final product was better than expected. Asbestos popcorn was 100% removed, ceilings beautiful and smooth. Willie is experienced and gives it to you straight.

I really want a professional. Even the other painter came in, saw the work and they could not believe the quality. There is so much roughness and lines, it is not smooth at all. I was not going to put the review if he contacted me back with a solution, but you need to take responsibility when you mess up someone else work. When you removed the blue tape, you took the paint off of my wall.

Very Military Friendly. We were living in a hotel and had a very short turnaround when we purchased the condo. Akamai went out of their way to work long hours on the weekend to accommodate us at no extra cost solely to save us money on the hotel bill. Can't say enough good things about WIll and his team. Honest good working people who really want to make your life better. It's almost a year later, and I still talk to the guy.

We we in a process of buying a house and during the home inspection phase, asbestos were found in the bedroom sealing. We were pressed with the time but William was very quick to respond to my request for a quote for asbestos abatement, came out for measurements the same day, gave me a quote, and explained the procedures as well as all the questions I had. The seller covered the cost for the abatement and the air quality check. I haven t seen the finished product yet, but now I don t have to worry about asbestos in our bedrooms. The whole experience with Akamai Remediation and Management Service was very pleasant.

Customer service was top notch. The work quality was not the greatest. The ceiling finish was not consistent throughout the spaces. It was to be finished with light orange peel. Some spaces had little finish with mostly smooth (what I like) while other spaces were much heavier. William worked hard to remove staples left by his employees and some other items that were left undone. Depending on your need for excellent work virus a much lower price would be the choice to make. The project was completed sooner than promised. Four days instead of five. The response by Willie was exceptional!

Willie is very accommodating and professional. Vincent is excellent and very hardworking. Willie uses duct tape (same blue color as painter's tape) to hold up heavy plastic sheets. When it is removed wall paint and plaster tear off the walls. Afterward he said: Sorry to have to tell you but this damage potential was in the work agreement you signed. Be aware you will need to repair and paint your walls top and also some lower areas if you have popcorn ceiling containing asbestos removed. My fault for not reading the agreement carefully, I think a 100% chance of damage could be better verbalized prior to the work. Thanks Willie.

Make sure to ask what specifically will need to be removed. I had things removed that I was not told to remove and I had to put those things back. They do a good job. Be mentally prepared for paint damage and make sure to check ledges on top of doors and closets for residual.
