Absolute professionals. They have the knowledge and the equipment to get the job done right. We appreciated how respectful, professional, and polite these guys were. They fixed our Watermain leak quickly and left everything just as it originally was. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of outdoor plumbing work. Fantastic!!!

The job was done well. All the people were nice. The price was comparable to a few other bids. Just took off a half star because there was a little miscommunication about when the job could be done and then when they were coming back to clean up. All in all, I would let a friend know of them if they had a similar issue that needed fixing.

Andy came out and assessed the situation and came up with solution without disturbing the trees in the area. His crew showed up, did a great job, and you barely could notice the holes they had to dig.

This company is amazing! Our main supply line was leaking, the city determined it was on our side. A friend recommended Home Advisers and Akers had a 5 star rating. Andy the owner showed up to see what my problem was and I immediately felt relief. He was confident he could fix / replace the line damage would be minimal. The meter where they had to dig at least a four foot hole was right next to our 50 year old lace maple. They took amazing care in not damaging the tree roots. Andy let me know what to expect every step of the way. He and his crew returned everything back the way it was. You would never have known they were there. We would give them 10 stars if we could. If you need an outdoor plumber, Akers is the one to call!! Traci their office manager answered my call at 7:30 pm! Top notch company!!!

When Andy came out Sunday night and explained what needed to be done l knew Akers was the one to do the job. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The lawn looked untouched. When finished Andy explained what was done and replaced. I highly recommend Akers if you have any outdoor plumbing needs.

The workmanship was great to replace our Main water line from the street to our building. I think because it wasn't an emergency the Job was not a priority for them and we had to wait rather long to get it done. But their work quality was Great!

I discovered water in my basement after returning home from a trip. The source was a leaking valve in the 70 year old galvanized pipe that served as my water supply. Andy Akers came out to asses, gave me a bid later in the day and completed the work the following day. The workmanship is excellent and the yard looks better than it did before the project. Excellent service from the whole team and I highly recommend.

The water main between my house and the meter broke when I was out of town. The city turned off the water. I found Akers outdoor plumbing on home advisor and other home improvement sites. My internet search showed five star reviews everywhere. On a Saturday I talked to Traci Akers who reassured me that they would do the job ASAP since I had no water. Andy Akers came over the day I came home and told me what they could do and gave me a bid later that day. Since everyone said I should get a few bids, I had another company give a proposal. Akers bid was way lower than the other company s, and I was confident they would do the best job. This is the first big home repair I ve had to handle since my husband went into a nursing home, and I am confident they did the job right, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. They replaced the entire line of my 100 year old house in about 4 hours with a great crew. This is a family business, and I would recommend Akers to anyone with outdoor plumbing needs.

I had water leak in the front yard. They completed the work on the day and in the estimated time they quoted. Left the yard in good shape. Very nice guys, answered all my questions. Like others said not the lowest quote, not the highest, but good workmanship.

Ackers Outdoor Plumbing was on time and on target from beginning to end. I had a major leak in my basement from a break in my main waterline to my house. Their estimate for repair was not the lowest nor the highest but I am so glad that I chose them. They had a PSE person outside my house doing preliminary work two hours after I signed a contract with them. They were here on time and had a new waterline in within their estimated time frame. These guys are professional and so efficient. My yard was not in the best shape but you could not tell that any work had been done when they finished. They left it as they found it. Traci, their office person, was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Ackers to anyone without reservation.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Communication was constant and always helpful, I got good detail on what the tricky job entailed, and the finished product (from the actual digging to the laying of the new copper water line, to returning my driveway area back to its original condition) was great. Very professional team. Only quibble was the price (it was pricey) but it was also a difficult dig (had to dig under the driveway without damaging it). Would hire again.
