Ductless Mini-split Heating System Installation or Replacement
George A. and Nathan arrived as scheduled. They replaced the faucet, garbage disposal and cleared the clogged pipe. Throughout the time they were here, they were respectful and courteous. Whenever, I had a question, George was very responsive. After, the work was completed, I was able to test the faucet and garbage disposal. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would strongly recommend them for future jobs.

We had a leaking pipe due to a cracked nut. Stephen was very prompt in responding to my request and scheduled the work in two days. We added a job to have the old garbage disposal replaced with a new one.

I thought I would be working with the owner, but he sent someone else out to do the job. The contractor wouldn't do one of the projects. Made a hole in the wall for the second project. Sat in his car in 20 minutes when he said he was going out to grab his tool. The owner said that he had been on the phone with the contractor. The whole job took too long overall, he seemed to be dragging it out. Water was leaking after it was complete. The contractor said he didn't know what was happening, and said he couldn't fix it. He didn't install the pieces properly, and didn't measure. Contractor was mad at me and blamed me for the leaking, said it was because the vanity and the faucet were different brands. He was extremely unprofessional. The situation left me shaken and speechless. No one was sent out to fix the leak, and I was charged for an unfinished job. I can't get a hold of him now.

Steve Akian called me promptly this morning, asked all of the right questions regarding the job, explained their policies and the pricing, and arranged to send a licensed plumber today. Bill M. arrived right on time. He was professional, friendly, and had a wonderful positive attitude. He proceeded to diagnose the problem which was not easy and had it repaired in no time. I then asked if he could look at several other minor plumbing problems. He readily agreed to do so and had all of them repaired perfectly in no time. The charge was more than reasonable for Akian's prompt and professional service and the quality of their work. We had a plumber before who charged $300 and did not fix a leak. These men immediately saw the problem and fixed it. They also installed 2 toilets very efficiently.

Called them out to stop the kitchen sink from running a steady stream of water while in the off position. It took a total of 10 minutes to fix the leak but he snapped the screw holding the faucet together. I didn't notice this until after they had left. The owner of Akian Plumbing, Steve, called to say how sorry he was for what happened and wanted to make it right by coming out ASAP. I appreciate his call and his effort to fix the situation. It made me re-evaluate my rating and I will definitely recommend them for caring enough to make this right. Thank you .

The original call was to assess possible damage caused by a tree falling onto your roof that may have hit a plumbing vent. While we were on site we were asked to inspect and repair the kitchen faucet. Our Technician did not snap any screw off. What you had found was a spare repair part that had dropped in the sink that was full of dishes and our Tech didn't realize it had fallen. We offered to come back out and assess this when you contacted us and scheduled an appointment immediately but shortly after you had called us stating it already had been taken care of. We are an honest company and all that work here acknowledge when they make a mistake. I also want to note we were on site for 2 hours. Thank you for slightly adjusting the review."
