EXCELLENT service. Aku-Flow representative Richard Goike was very knowledgeable. He was first to respond to our request. It's refreshing to know that there is a serviceman with ethics (unllike in the past we have been ripped off...example...Roto Rooter) I will highly recommend him to friends, family, co-workers, etc. in the future.

Richard Goike was great! We discussed the current problem with my hot water heater and options. He came out the next day to inspection the water heater and gave a good quote to replace the heater. He was on time, courteous, professional and accommodating to my work schedule. I would recommend him for future plumbing projects.

Great company to work with! I've had very bad luck with plumbers in my area before, and Aku-Flow is definitely going on my "Contractors to Use Again" list!!! They were responsive, polite, clean, efficient, and their prices were extremely reasonable.
