I contacted Al in regards to replacing my hot water heater and installing a water softener. After sending pictures and giving additional info he was able to give me a quote the same day. He came out to install the hot water heater that same day since we did not have hot water and then returned the next day to do the water softener. Communication was great- quick and concise. The work was excellent, he was very friendly, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend and feel relieved to know who I will call in the future if I am needing a plumber!

The process of getting an estimate and replacement was quick and easy.

We were just about to leave for vacation and our water heater started leaking. If course on Sunday. We left a message for AL Hopkins and Al texted us back within 30 min. He asked for photos and the water heater type and said he would replace it the next day. He and his son personally came out after all of their other jobs the next day and started on it at 7 in the evening and worked until 10pm getting it replaced. A 50 gallon gas powered vent with expansion tank. All sweated copper pipe and fittings. Very old school and beautiful job. He and his son are very professional and really know what they are doing. You never know what you are getting when you just pick someone from a list but we will be using him for anything plumbing related in the future. .

Very fair pricing, and personnel was attentive and pleasant. Found Al Hopkins Plumbing through Fishers Chatter Facebook social page. Replaced a 9-year 40/gal water heater with a 50/gal Bradford Defender, plus expansion tank to help increase the life of the water tank. Thank you, Al! You're the best!

They communicated very well and arrived exactly when they said they would. AJ did a great job installing our water heater and was very professional both in attitude and appearance. Job finished exactly on time and on budget. Fair price, quality work and on schedule. Not much more you could ask for. Certainly will hire them again.

Al actually installed my new hot water heater himself. He seems to have extensive knowledge in the plumbing field. He is also a first rate individual. He told me what it would be, arranged an install before what I thought might be available and completed the work the day we scheduled. So far no problems but if so I will update this review.

They did a good job. The installation was a bit more complex than anticipated but they completed it on time. They worked with me to find the best product.

They where competitive - did what they said they where going to do, followed up, and where quick in installing a 75 gallon water heater.

Al communicated with me frequently during the entire process. initially we communicated through email and text messaging. He had me take photos of my water heater so he could give me an accurate bid. Al showed up on time, did an excellent job, took away my old water heater, and explained in detail about the new water heater-the quality-and how long it should last.

He found the problem and fixed it. Had the basement dry in an hour.

when my water went out they called they were the only one that want the business and cared enough to call less then a few minutes. they came did what they said and the time they said. very well mannered and clean looking. took care of us well they did there job cleaned up the mess and hauled it away. i would recommend to any one that need it it made the laundry room look bigger and cleaner thank you for comming
