It was a great experience working with Al on my wood floor project. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as I shared my needs. I hired Al Michael's to patch a piece of berber carpet, and again later to clean the carpets in the whole house. Alfred was personable, comfortable, fast and efficient! He worked miracles on my heavily soiled carpet and far exceeded my expectations. He takes pride in his work, and his experience in his field really shows.

Carpet turned out worst in one room and no difference in the other room. I also do not want to get anyone in trouble. But loosing our payment check kind made me Revaluate my choice in a carpet repair service. The area was very small but I needed to sell my condo and had to place a rug over the area.

I called about having a portion of a carpet stretched. They asked if I could send a picture, which I did. They called and told me that one of their people could be there that afternoon. He showed up on time and did the work to my satisfaction.

I had a challenging project as a previous contractor installed the wood on my stairs backwards. Alfred was very helpful in finding custom stair noses to repair the issue. Would definitely recommend him!

Alfred accommodated my short-notice request to stretch my carpet before my carpet cleaner was coming the same day.(He cleans, too, but I had already scheduled with my longtime cleaner.) Friendly and thorough. Helped me remove the two (trickiest) last pieces of furniture in the room following the AC project I'd otherwise emptied the room for. I'm having him back the following week for a carpet repair. Thanks, Alfred, for being so johnny-on-the-spot!
