Brandon was here today and was GREAT!!! He is a sweetheart of a guy!! Heâ s talented, thorough and so pleasant. He does a great job getting our heating system all set for the winter. Puts our mind at ease. Once again, Al Terry employs some of the best people out there!! I highly recommend them for all and Brandon for sure as well!! My tech, Kyle was very helpful and offered me options but pricing was expensive. I would hire them again for the service and quality of the tech.

A bit pricey, but that has been my experience with all plumbing work, so probably on par with the rest.

Al Terry's price quote was in the middle of other's quotes but they were offering to provide a large unit and more added perk such as air purifier and other small items. After getting into the project they realized it would take more time. They did not charge us for the extra time but held to the original quote that was base on one days labor not one and a half. We had an air purifier installed with the air conditioner to help with seasonal allergies and they were able to help us pick one that works well for the type of allergies were have. I had a place picked out for the air conditioner to go in the yard. Unlike the other companies I talked to, Al Terry explained to me why the spot I picked was not advisable and suggested another location. Their explanation made a lot of sense after they explained how the unit works. They also brought their own stone to put around the base to keep the unit clean. When we ran the system on a Sunday we had a leak in the rehook up of the whole house humidifier. We called them and they were out within two hours to fix it. The system is running great now.

Did great work, showed up on time, fixed the problem with no further issues. Costs were explained up front. Very pricey, but it was a same day call and it was a Friday so there was no way I was letting them leave over dollars! Both techs were very respectful.

They were on time to give the estimate and worked with me on pricing. We did have a miss communication but was addressed right a way. They project turned out they way we had hoped but it did take longer due to some scheduling issues. All in all we were happy with them.

The salesperson was very professional and explained everything very clearly as to what needed to be done. The two installers that came were also very professional and did a great job on the installation of the burner along with all the piping super neat job. I would highly recommend them and I will hire them again for my other house as I will probaly need a new burner next year.

The plumber did a very professional job in replacing a water shutoff valve to an outside water faucet. He was persistent in assuring that there were no leaks before he left the house. I would recommend their services.

I love my new Radiant floor heat system. They were prompt with the initial appointment and very professional. I was prepared a prompt estimate of work. Erik happily answered my questions and worked with me to make this project fit into my Budget. The installers did a great job cleaned up there messes and were great to have around the job site. The experience was what I would expect from a contractor got the job done in a fair amount of time called regularly to update and his crew was courteous. I do have a fair amount of cleanup after the sewer pipe replace in basement with cement floor. I wont know until the next big downpour if I get water backing up into the basement overall good job done thanks al terry plumbing
