"I have had 2 companies on this website for over 2 years and this is the first negative review we have ever received. Unfortunately, no matter how exceptional our service is, there will always be someone that won't be pleased no matter how above and beyond we go. There isn't a single shred of truth in any of the comments. Unfortunately this customer was primarily upset because we didn't repair the hole in the floor that was created from extensive water damage and mold. At no point did we agree to repair this hole. It was explained to her via multiple emails and phone calls that we weren't going to do anything besides the remediation as we agreed upon. We gave her a quote for some additional construction that she declined. She would continue to ask if we were going to repair the damaged materials that we had to remove due to severe contamination. Each time I explained to her that we were only going to do the remediation. After a week of repeating myself, I gave in and agreed to repair some of the sheet rock, free of charge. This work came out of our pocket in order to help assuage some of her fears. Sadly the kindness we showed wasn't enough in the end. Unfortunately we can't get this review taken down, but we can at least defend ourselves on here."
